Solution 1 – Restart Spotify
This method requires you to close and reopen Spotify. You can easily do this by following these steps;
Step 1: Select File on your desktop
Step 2: select Quit Spotify
If you’re using the Spotify mobile app, simply close and reopen it. For Spotify web app users, close and reopen your web browser. If the error is not fixed, move down to the next potential solution below.
Solution 2 – Log Out of the App and Log Back In
