This Premium with Hulu New 30 Days Trial Offer (the “Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer”) is made to you by Spotify (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, “Spotify Terms of Use”). These Premium with Hulu 30DT Offer Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Premium with Hulu 30DT Offer Terms and the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms, these Premium with Hulu 30DT Offer Terms will prevail. Relevant references to the “Premium with Hulu Offer” in the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms shall be read to also apply to the Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer, where permitted by these Premium with Hulu 30DT Offer Terms.
The Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer allows you, subject to these terms and conditions (the “Premium with Hulu 30DT Offer Terms”), to access both Spotify Premium, a form of Paid Subscription (as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use) and Hulu (ad supported plan) (the “Hulu Plan”):
(A) for an initial 30 day trial period (the “Free Trial Period”); and
(B) without charge,
from the moment that you activate the Free Trial Period by submitting your payment details.
By submitting your payment details, you (i) accept this Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer; and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Spotify Terms of Use, Hulu Terms of Use and Hulu Privacy Policy and these Premium with Hulu 30DT Offer Terms. Any information that we may collect and process under this Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer will be done in accordance with the Spotify Privacy Policy;
2. Duration and cancelation.
After the Free Trial Period, you will automatically be charged by Spotify for the then-current monthly price of the Premium with Hulu Offer and the payment method you provided will automatically be charged that amount unless you cancel prior to the end of the Free Trial Period. If you cancel: you will lose access to Spotify Premium and the Hulu Plan and your Spotify account will switch to a Spotify Free account at the end of the Free Trial Period.
To cancel, you must log into your Spotify account and follow the prompts on the Account page or click here and follow the instructions. You may also delete your Spotify account at any time.
3. Eligibility. To be eligible for this Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer, you must:
(A). be new to Spotify Premium. If you currently subscribe, or have subscribed previously, to either Spotify Premium or the Spotify Unlimited service or have taken a trial or introductory offer previously, you are ineligible for this offer; and
(B). satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out in section 3 of the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms.
4. Availability of the Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer.
This Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer is valid while supplies last. The Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer shall cease automatically at, and no longer be available after, the end of the Campaign Period, where “Campaign Period” means the period starting on the date this offer is first made available and ending on the earliest of:
(A). the maximum available number of Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offers being redeemed;
(B). the advertised expiry date of the Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer; or
(C). this Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer being earlier terminated by Spotify.
Spotify makes available this Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer at its sole discretion. Except where prohibited by applicable law, Spotify reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this Premium with Hulu 30 Days Trial Offer, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. Perhaps manning the ramparts ahead of Apple's video service launch, Spotify on Tuesday began offering Hulu's 'Limited Commercials' plan free to more — though not all — U.S. Premium subscribers.

The option is available to both new and existing Premium listeners through a Spotify sign-up page. People already subscribed to Hulu will have to cancel that billing and resubscribe through Spotify. Those who already have Hulu through Spotify can save an extra $3 per month.
There are some critical limitations. The promo ends June 10, and won't work for people on a Premium for Family plan, presumably because that covers up to five people for $14.99 per month. Customers also can't add 'premium' channels like Showtime and HBO, even though Showtime comes with a $4.99 student Spotify/Hulu bundle.
The new deal could help Spotify fend off competition from Apple. While Apple Music has over 50 million paid subscribers, that pales next to Spotify's 87 million, likely closer to 90 million or more since its last statistics were released in November. Still more people are on its free ad-based tier.
Free Hulu Spotify Premium
Apple is expected to announce an on-demand video service on March 25. Some past rumors have indicated that the company could offer some sort of bundle with Apple Music, though others have suggested that Apple could initially make its original programming free on its devices, generating money mostly through third-party subscriptions. Either way it's eventually expected to use 'tentpole' shows to kickstart a paid video plan.
